Represents an absolute novelty!
This new Desalination Plant which is an original modular concept of highly efficient desalination plant has been now introduced and finds no counterpart on the market. Its output capacity ranges from 32 m³ of pure drinking water per day per unit.
The peculiar benefits of this new design are:
- each unit of the Plant is self-contained;
- small size of the Plant;
- possibility to connect modules;
- no buried pipes inside of a unit; and no pipe connections between the units;
- minimal cost – now actually the lowest cost on the market;
- even the basic kit allows to effectively produce pure drinking water;
- ecology issues – no salinization and no solid waste;
- low electric power consumption;
- no necessity to make special wasteland areas and correspondently possibility to install and to exploit inside main buildings.
This new design of highly efficient Plant has serious advantages as compared with the world-known competitors, such as,
- LEGO approach to increase efficiency – you simply connect the units to each other to build a Plant;
- each unit is self-contained and independent – you can easily maintain, repair or replace it while the Plant is in operation and under pressure;
- easy to install – it only takes 4 hours to assemble a kit of 890 m³/day efficiency.
The used modular concept allows providing the optimum installation logistics due to required power consumption for the objects.
It's possible to deliver the separately mounted kits in containers for easier transportation from one object to another in future (This is the most suitable form for transit places, for example during developing new lands and commercial deposits.).
Max sizes of the assemble kit are limited up to 7 units for the height (recommended max height of the kit is 5 units), up to 200 mm for the height of the basement platform - supporting-distributing block - can accommodate 1-7 units, number of units for the kit width is unlimited. The basic set fulfils all desalination and energy recovery functions without water filtration.
- With fine filter

The given complete set differs from the basic one in the following way: there is the block of the automatic and self-cleared seawater fine filter with filtration degree of 5 microns, which is located between the central distributing block and the hydraulic drive, thus providing stable work of the membrane element and the module hydraulic drive, augments a period of maintenance of a membrane element between scheduled washings.
The filter is installed immediately on the autonomous water-desalinating module, not demanding any additional systems, reducing couplings, pipelines.
- With ultra-filtrate

If the module interacts with seawater having high content of microorganisms and finely divided bottom sediments we offer the complete set with the self-cleared ultra filtration block with clearing degree to 0,01 microns located between the central distributing block and the hydraulic drive.
The ultra filtration block is installed immediately on the autonomous water-desalinating module, not demanding any additional systems, reducing couplings, pipelines.
- The supporting-distributing block and the block of power supply and modules network management

This block serves for brine, sea- and fresh water flows distribution, and also for the plant productivity account. The current supply block for 7 modules with managerial system is located on the top of the plant.
Electric power consumption per 1m³ of water is 2.3 kW-h, necessary consumption electric power per unit is 3.7 kW.
The Product is originally developed and manufactured in Russia, Volgograd.
